General
Amore Furr Coons kittens may go to their new homes after they are 12 weeks old.
All Amore Furr Coons kittens will be given appropriate inoculations prior to leaving our home; they will be dewormed; they will be examined by a licensed veterinarian.
All Amore Furr Coons kittens are placed with a written contract, including a one year health guarantee.
Terms For The Prospective Owner
The kitten must be indoor-only.
The kitten/cat must never be bred, and must be neutered/spayed.
The kitten may not be declawed, neither back nor front.
The kitten must be fed a high-quality diet, high in meat (not fish) protein.
The kitten must receive regular veterinary care, including appropriate inoculations.
Pricing
Pricing ranges $2500-$3900 and varies based on litter and individual kittens. Please contact us for litter specific pricing.
A Maine Coon kitten may be reserved with a $300 deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and must be used to acquire a kitten from the current litters available or future litters (expected or planned).
We will only refund the kitten deposit if we, for some reason, are not able to supply a kitten.
All prices include a refundable $200 spay/neuter fee.
Adoption Steps
Application - Download and fill out an application for adoption (you will find it at the bottom of this page). Then, email it to amorefurrcoons@gmail.com .
Adoption Reservation Agreement - After your application is approved, you will receive the Adoption Reservation Agreement that reserves your precious new kitten. It should be reviewed, signed, and returned to AmoreFurrCoons with a $300 deposit.
Completing Your Adoption - Prepare for the arrival of your new kitten by paying the remaining balance of the adoption fee before or at the time of pick up, and arranging the pick up date or delivery.
